Adult Beginner/Improver Coaching Programme (from March 2008)

HLTC welcomes members and non-members alike to adult beginner/improver coaching with Elaina Forland (tel. 07789 961142). You will learn techniques and tactics in fun-packed sessions, which include drills and some competitive but friendly matches. Elaina will put you through your paces. The 90 minutes sessions are on Saturday afternoons (12.30pm-2.00pm) and Wednesday mornings (10.00am-11.30pm). They are £8.00 (£9.00 for non-members). Rackets are available. These sessions are a great way to improve fitness, and to make new friends and impress old ones.

Team Coaching (from May 26, 2007)

Peter Rutland coaches our teams. Many know Peter. He is one of the county's finest coaches and best players. He runs a group-coaching session for adults on Saturdays (10.00am-11.00am). Individuals seeking personal tuition may also book Peter (tel. 07940 888909).
